A financial service provider from the cooperative sector had considerable problems with the implementation process of a standard software for a trading system. We supported the financial service provider in the legal dispute and comprehensively determined the target state based on normal use (keywords: regularity, quality assurance, procedural documentation). We compared the installed actual state and identified the relevant deviations. As a result, we were able to comprehensively identify and present several errors that hindered acceptance.
Based on our expert opinion, the parties conducted immediate settlement negotiations during the process, which led to a very positive result for the financial service provider.
